We present clinical case 74-year old female patient long standing, slowly progressive Stills disease, who developed honeycomb lung severe liver injury as major syndromes after novel coronavirus infection. Within 10 months, she increasing dyspnea, fibrous pulmonary abnormalities formation "honeycomb lung" signs failure. Due to late medical referral, these symptoms led the death.
